Description	Free to use by individuals, open source projects and non-profit organizations. Details in Personal License.	User License is a “floating license'”, that is, it is not attached to a specific user or to a specific computer. Moreover, the terms of this license make the deployment of XMLmind XML Editor extremely flexible. For example, it makes XMLmind XML Editor well-suited for highly distributed companies, often working with independent contractors.	This license allows installation and use of XMLmind XML Editor on any computer located inside a demarcated geographical area.	This license allows installation and use of XMLmind XML Editor on any computer belonging to licensee and this, whatever the geographical location of these host machines.	This license imposes no restrictions on the deployment of applications integrating XMLmind XML Editor. Once this license has been purchased, no royalties or runtime fees will be due to XMLmind. More information about the Developer License.	XMLmind XML Editor Web Edition (XXEW) consists in two programs: `<xxe-client>`, a 100% JavaScript frontend running in the web browser and `xxeserver`, a Java™ application backend running on a server computer. XXEW may be deployed and used “out of the box” (thanks to the sample XML editor included in the distribution) or may be integrated into a larger web application. Web Edition License is a “per `xxeserver`” license. That is, `xxeserver` may be installed and used on any number of hosts, as long as the number of concurrently running `xxeserver`s does not exceed the total number of servers for which the applicable license fee has been paid. This license does not impose any restriction on the number, location or owner of the computers running `<xxe-client>`.
Description			License applies to *both* XMLmind XML Editor Professional Edition, *the desktop application, and* XMLmind XML Editor Web Edition, *the web application*. That is, licensee may choose to use only the desktop application or only the web application or both the desktop application and the web application.
