• Prices in Euros apply to customers inside the European Union. Prices in US Dollars apply to all other customers.
• Prices in Euros do not include VAT (Value Added Tax).
  • In accordance with the European law, customers without a valid VAT identification number will be charged VAT. The applicable VAT rate for intangible products is that of the vendor's country. The current VAT rate for XMLmind products is 19.6% (the applicable rate in France).
  • Except for French organizations, EU registered businesses which provide their VAT number will not be charged VAT.
• A substantial discount is allowed for license renewal. See below for conditions.

License renewal

Purchase of XMLmind XSL-FO Converter Professional Edition grants you access to new releases for one year.

If you renew your license at the end of this free upgrade period, you will be entitled to some discount off the regular price. This discount varies among licenses (see above table for actual rates).

The license renewal discount applies only if you renew your license within the six months that follow the end of your free upgrade period, and provided that you purchase the same license. It does not apply, for instance, if you replace your current Server License with a Site License. Likewise, if you purchase a license for more servers than covered by your current license, the discount will not apply to the license fee for the additional servers.

Note that license renewal is by no means mandatory. However you may elect to take this action if you wish to keep up with new versions of the product.
