Running XMLmind XSL Server as a Unix daemon

Currently controlapp does not allow to run XMLmind XSL Server as a Unix daemon. On the Mac and on Linux, you may use controlapp to configure XMLmind XSL Server but after that, you'll need to write the init script by hand and then install this script in the proper place.
In order to startup XMLmind XSL Server, your init script needs to do something like this:
(cd directory_containing_start.jar; java -Xss2m -Xmx512m -jar start.jar)
